This month we look at JB Security, who specialise in installation and maintenance of all types of security systems.
A new start-up without any branding or a website. We designed and developed the website and we have now been asked to deliver business cards and promotional flyers.
Back in 2006, we were initially approached by JB Security to help promote their services online. All the company had was a logo and nothing else – so after a couple of informal discussions we were able to gain from them what it was they wanted to achieve.
The answer; a place for potential customers to discover/contact and interact with them as well as existing customers to book in services or download user guides.
The process was fairly straightforward, first we went out and talked with company owner James Behan to learn as much about the company as we could – how he and his team worked, the services they provided and the area they covered.
The next step was to ask normal members of the public what would attract them to book an installation through JB Security, why choose this company out of all the other security alarm specialists? Surprisingly the most common answer was “I tend to go with the most professional looking company”. That was all we needed to hear…
We set out to create a website that was clean and professional looking, easy on the eye, user friendly and informative – as well as having all the necessary contact information.
From start to finish the project took a couple of weeks – this included meetings, concepts, build and approval. The key was getting to know what James wanted from the start, we made sure we understood his business and what the end goal was. One happy client 🙂
